For the past month I have been feeling nauseous at various times during the day but not everyday and since this has happened I have not thrown up. I have a had a bit of diarrhea. I just had my period and it was pretty much the same as it always is so I am not pregnant. Any clue what could be going on? I have also had a bit of an ear ache come and go this month.
