my last three paps have come back abnormal. apparently I have hpv which is why I had my cervix and uterus removed because of a precancerous condition. when I went in for my checkup my pap came back abnormal as did the last three. so they tested for high risk hpv which came back negeative but every 6 months I have to go back for a pap. The doctor said if it does ever come back positive on the hpv test then he will do a biopsy. Is there anything I can have done in the mean time? The virus is in my vaginal wall.

Hi Ty, I assume the gyno could do a colposcopy to see if there is any change to the vagina. Are you seeing a gyn oncologist?
