I had my daughter a year ago, and am just now starting birth control again. I chose the pill because we would like to get pregnant again within the next couple of years. I really liked the Depo shot (no side effects), but it can take awhile to get pregnant after stopping that, and not to mention it isn't very healthy.
Anyway, my OBGyn prescribed me the low dose pill, and I hate it so far. I have been on it a week and I am nauseas. I also have this un-motivated feeling. I have had vaginal itching, a little spotting, and period like cramps. Is this part of an initial "hump" that I have to get through, or will this always be the case if I remain on the pill. Like I said, the pills I have are the lowest dose possible of the hormones, but even these hormones are effecting me. I had horrible morning sickness until I was 4 months preggo, so I guess I am not surprised.
Any insight would be appreciated!
