Hi,
I am new to the board, DH and I started TTC 2 days ago. I just started trying to focus on my discharge (as a sign of fertility) last night. It seemed pretty dry, but when we had sex (no lubes or anything..sorry if its TMI!) my discharge was very stringy and slippery. Does this mean that I am in the fertile stage or (because it was only during sex) does it not count towards my chart? If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

you can't really know for sure unfortunately. its easiest to "guestimate" when you're fertile then to actually know for sure, as every woman is different. are you sure it wasn't ejactulation or your natural lubrication? i would say by the sound of it, it is possible you are starting your fertile days or ovulation.
1. when was your last period?
2. how long is your average cycle?
3. are you just getting off birth control?
it is easy to find other informative articles online of how to track your cm. if you give us a little more information, we may be able to be of more help to you.

You cant count the stuff you saw during or after sex. Granted it is good you have it because that is better for sperm than store lubes.
Best bet is to get the book Taking Charge Of Your Fertility. It shows you how to check your CM.
