hello i wonder if anyone can help me.

starting in june i had terrible razor pain after going to the loo i went to docs and was told i had piles. a month later and still in agony i was referred to a specialist who took one look and said i had a fissure for which he gave me two botox injections.

i got an abcess almost immediately which required an urgent operation as it was so big. i had an epidural and was awake the op was fine. i saw them take away something in a jar and was told it was a wart? i have never been told anything about this since should i worry?

the surgeon said i would bleed for about 10 days and gave me isosorbine ditrinate cream to apply 5 times a day.

its now sept and although i go to the loo pain free i can see a small hole at base of my anus where there is also a small tag of skin. i assumed this was part of the wound left by the abcess and would heal but it hasnt.

i didnt see it before the surgery so i am wondering if this is my fissure or if i have a fistula.

there is no pus and i have rarely had any blood in the whole experience.

I have bleed every day though since my last hopspital visit but i am putting that down to being examined.

i have also started o have dizzy spells is this from the cream?

i am stll using laxatives. one sachet of movicol every night i have taken this for almost a month and a half now is this too long?

i have recently started to get sudden stomach ache too. it aches in my lower left sid quite often but for example last night i ate a tangerine and straight away got terrible cramp like pain. it was relived a bit by passing wind.

i am trying to introduce more fibre into my diet but these pains are worrying.

if anyone has any advice i would be so grateful.

i also read alot on the net and am woried about possible things like chrons and divirtulocis (sorry spelling?)

should i be worried?

thanks x
