This is the medication that really helped me. Yes the jittery feeling does leave. the Ativan should help with that.

After months on Zoloft and CBT I am now off of all meds. I don;t know what the future holds but for right now I doing great.

If I ever need to go back on meds. Zoloft will be it.

Give some time and think positive. Try to think of that jittery feeling as energy. Sometimes we get the two confused.

Good luck!

thank you I feel better knowing it will pass....you know how you start to think when yoyr mind goes wondering. I am taking day by day...trying to do what i usually do and make believe I don't feel the shakiness. Its alittle tough being a hairdresser...one slip...but so far i have had it under control

I'm on 25mg...I'm almost done with zoloft...The jitters will pass and so will the nausea. I stopped taking ativant way back, i think i only took ativant maybe 4 times and they were half pills only. Zoloft helps but reading about anxiety helps. Theres a book called Hope and Help for your nerves by Claire Weekes that explains the symptoms and treatment other than medication. Another book is called From Panic to Power...Read them it helps ...
