So I just had a gyno exam and my results were that I am hpv positive. And my gyno said to come back in 6 months.

I have recently taken a "break" from a 5 month relationship. We weren't using condoms, so I figure that he has hpv as well. Even though there is no test for guys. So I really want to tell him but I am afraid of how he is going to react and that it might affect whether or not we ever get back together.
