Does anyone have any advice on how to cure leaky-gut syndrome???? My 3 year old has a bowel problem that is destroying his quality of life. He is on an extremely limited diet as well as nystatin and other supplements to help his bowel and immune system. He is vitamin difficient ( primarily folic acid, vitamin C, but many others. Please shed light on this, we are desperate for a cure. Thank you

Have you tried a GF/CF diet with your child. Our son has chronic inflammation in his bowels but has improved on a gluten free diet. We have not removed the casien just the gluten.
Write to me if you need more info.

I don't know the urls offhand but please email me at evesmother@aol.com and I will forward some links to you regarding the gfcf diet, celiac disease and Down syndrome, and the leaky-gut condition is a subject you can find at Dr. Len's site.
