Does breast necessarily size decrease once you stop taking birth control?

Yes, it does.
I recently started taking a new pill and my breast size went up by a 1/2 cup or so during the first month. I was so excited cuz at least I got something (I'm naturally very small - barely an A). During placebo week they went back to normal. I was hoping that once I started taking the active pills again the second month that they would grow back again... but no, they didn't. It's so disappointing.
So I guess some people don't even have to quit it completely, they still go down eventually.

It did for me. When I was on Ovcon-35 for four months, I went up from a C to a D cup. When I stopped taking them, though, I went right back to a C.
