uh oh.....i usually take cyclobenzaprine, 10mgs., at bedtime in an attempt to get restorative sleep that my muscles just don'tlet me get normally...i ran out so i took a "melatonex".....it's calcium, B6 and 3mgs. melatonin.....i popped it into my mouth and swallowed before reading the box: seems that if you have an autoimmune disorder you shouldn't take it.....my guess is that since melatonin is a hormone, in effect, and is supposed to be good for the immune system, if you have autoimmune problems and melatonin shakes up the immune system your symptoms, of whatever autoimmune disease you have, could get worse. does anyone know anything about this?
