Hi All,
After years of suffer with Fibro, Myofacial, Hashimoto's, Hypothyroidism etc I'm now recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I've found out this is the cause of my nerve damage and low B-12, folic acid etc. You have no clue how hard it is to not have any kind of wheat, rye, barley or oats. It's mainly the wheat. If you pick up anything on the grocery shelf and look at the ingredients, you'll find "wheat flour". Does anyone have a clue where to buy stuff without wheat flour in it?
Thanks,
Kim
