I have had 4 surgeries in the last 3 months as I broke/shattered metatarcals 2-4 and lost the top 3 middle tendons. I had pins in all 4 metatacals. My last surgery was 2 weeks ago and was finally allowed to try to walk again. So for me it took 3 months before I was allowed to try. I still can't walk but I am at least trying now and getting a bit better each day. I still have at least one more surgery but the drs wanted me to start to put pressure on it to start and get some strength in it..

What happened to your foot? What type of surgery did you have?
