Hello, all.

Every since I can remember, whenever I'm extremely stressed out or worried about something, I get a lot of the symptoms of anxiety disorder; nausea/vomiting, tightness of my throat, extreme and sometimes uncontrollable trembling/shaking, diarrhea etc.

It's started to become an issue in my life as things have become more stressful (financial issues, relationship issues, being in college, etc.)
I'd really just like to know if anxiety is what I am feeling. If so, what can I do to calm myself when I go into these episodes. Doctors? Medication? Relaxation techniques?

If it's not anxiety, does anyone know what it is?

Anyone have any help? I'm becoming desperate...

Sounds like a little bit of anxiety, But with you though, it just sounds like normal stress, and that things are getting crazy right now for you, being in college and all. Best advice i can give is try some deep breathing techniques. Just to calm yourself. They don't work for me, but i have had anxiety all my life, but since you are only feeling it now some easy steps should be able to get rid of it. Cut out any stimulants such as caffeine, alcohol ( i know thats bad since you are in college, but TRUST me, you might feel good, but when you wake up sober that anxiety will hit you even harder) try to exercise more, and the most important thing is to not let the thoughts be the only thing you think about, cause then it will turn to full blown panic attacks/anxiety disorder.
