I am 17 years old, i weigh about 160. I recently gained alot of weight, its making me feel disguisting. I hate this!!! ugh! lol. None of my clothes fit, i feel huge, but the problem is, I LOVE TO EAT. Its like really hard for me to eat any less than I already do. Sooooo, what is the TRICK!! I NEED TO KNOW PLEASE...SOMEONE SAVE MY LIFE PLEASSSEEE!

Try just eating natural whole foods like fruit, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. And eliminate high fat, high sodium, highly sweetened processed foods (fast food). Eliminate white rice, white bread, white pasta, and white potatoes.
