Can I substitute Concerta 18 mg tablet SA (prescribed for me, an adult with ADD) for Methylin ER (prescribed for my 12 year old daughter with ADD)? The pharmacy was closed and she needs something for school in the morning. She has been on Concerta previously - but we always seem to be trying something new, since nothing works great, but that's another issue.
