Attention ALL:

Recently I read a book regarding circadian medicine--the body's natural timing and I think it may have potential benefits for us with ADHD. The book is called Body Clock Advantage and it may be worthwhile to look into. Thought I would just mention it to all.
Thanks

I'm assuming by "circadian medicine" you mean melatonin & establishing good sleep habits. The need for adequate sleep when you have ADD cannot be over-emphasized. Sleep deprivation can cause ADD symptoms and can make them 1,000 times worse. However, I don't believe there have been any studies showing that melatonin - in and of itself - is of any particular benefit to those with ADD.
