hey there hb.. i am a 24 female from ny usa.. Have been diagnosed bipolar at age 14. I no longer take medications anymore for this condition because long term usage of bipolar pills made me develop loads of diseases.. Such as hypothyrodism, insulin resistance, polycystic ovarian disease, gerd, heartburn and ibs.. I am a wreck now, because of what these strong bipolar pills did to me..

I was taking depekote, seroquel, and zyprexa separtely over a 5 year span that caused me to develop all these issues. These pills also caused me to have massive weight gain.. i was always the 5 foot 6 125pd woman.. now i am 290pds and cant seem to shed the weight ever.. please help someone.. Oh yes i have no kids eaither and never been married.. I have been having a heard time getting pregnant due to what these awful medications did to me..

The medications you listed are not tolerable for alot of bp's. there are others that you should try

Hi Italia. You said that you now have polycystic ovary disease. That may be a major contributing factor to your inability to lose weight. Have you talked to doctors about how to treat that disease so that you can get your weight and thereby the rest of your health back in order?
