My guess is that your not eating enough protein and possibly fats to keep you going. Definitely avoid sugar, sweets and caffiene as much as possible as they cause that "sugar, caffiene" high but later you will crash and be hungry.
Also make sure you are eating often enough. Many active young people need 3 good meals and 2-4 healthy snacks to keep their energy high and hunger at bay.
And also, do not miss breakfast. - You need to fuel your body in the am.
I would suggest lean proteins with meals: chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, vegetarian options such as soy burgers, beans. Peanut butter, nuts have protein and fat as well. Snack on nuts, lowfat cheese and crackers, hummus spread on crackers, raw fruit or veg.
Try these and see if you are less hungry.

Thank-you. What are your sugestions if I do not like fish, because I think this is making an effect on my diet. Do you know something that can maybe replace it?
Also what do you suggest if my skin is very dry even when the weather is humid?
Thanks again

Fish is just another form of protein, so If you don't like it, just eat other proteins, such as turkey, chicken, eggs ect. The only advantage of fish, is that it contains omega 3 fatty acids which have "healthy fats," among many other benefits.
Regarding dry skin I would suggest again a generally healthy diet with lean protein, some healthy fats, plenty of water and a good multi vitamin. You may just have a tendency for dry skin.

It's difficult to say with limited information. "Eating healthy" means different things to different people.

I eat a big breakfast, with wheat fruit and milk, a good sized lunch and dinner with maximum 6 servings of cereals and 2-4 servings of meat. I do not eat junk food just and occasional cookie and I drink plentiful of water.

You mentioned "wheat" for breakfast, with a total of "6 servings of cerials" for the day. Hopefully, it's all WHOLE wheat with no sugar added. Refined carbs can raise your insulin too high. Then when your insulin comes down, it might go too low, making you feel hungry.
Your breakfast contains wheat fruit and milk. Would that be skim milk? If so, it would be a good idea to sprinkle about a teaspoon of chopped nuts on it. Every meal and snack should have at least some small measure of good fat. That will help to keep you from getting hungry. Good fats like olive oil, canola oil and nuts are good for your health.
How about vegetables? Cooked vegetables and salads are important too. If you have a salad with your lunch, put a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil on your salad. Extra virgin olive oil is very good for your health (in small measured amounts).

One more idea: Studies have shown that in SOME people, "stress" gets interpreted as hunger. I know it seems strange but it's true. In one test, obese women were purposely made to feel stress. Then they were asked: "How do you feel?" Instead of saying they felt angry or frustrated they would say they felt "hungry". I may not have described the study perfectly but the conclusion is correct: Some people wrongly interpret stress as hunger.
