find out just WHY it is inflammed and go from there. how do you know your liver is inflammed and do you have some type of liver disease? have you seen a doc and had this confirmed with testing or do you just 'feel" like your liver may be inflammed? more info would really help in just what you are asking and why. prednisone can bring down some levels of liver inflammation pretty well depending upon just what is causing it to begin with. the more info you can give will help you the most with this question.
