Hi there
When I go without caffeine I get headaches and feel really ill and sleepy. Is this a normal thing to go through or am I just crazy. Maybe it is just coincidence. Has anyone ever felt this way? Thanks:)

Yes thats very normal, it's caffeine withdrawl, the headache will go away if you drink something with caffeine in it, but don't over do it, cause your headache might get worse.

one of my coworkers will take some excedrin (has caffeine in it) to offset the headache withdrawal symptoms.
