Dear sir,
If a person of prolonged pyrexia having paraaortic abdominal lynphadenopathy (without histopathological evidence)responds to empirical antitubercular treatment in terms of fever ,weight gain but continues to have abdominal glands as such even after 6 months of ERHZ/RH ,what is inference .Is there any benefit of extending treatment ,if yes how long and what should be criteria of response and CURE.
thanks
