DEAR SIR,
If a person of PUO(prononged pyrexia) having paraaortic abdominal lymphadenopathy responds to ERHZ/RH antitubercular drugs in terms of fever/weight but continues to have glands as such, should antitubercular drugs be given further,how long and what should be criteria of response and CURE.
