I am 17 and have had Psyriosis for two years. It started on my head but over the past year it has gotten worse and is spreading on my arms and legs. I don't have a really healthy diet and I thought that this might be the reason for the spread. Will a change of diet help to prevent the spreading and maybe help to get rid of it? Plz help

Being overweight can cause it to be worse. A good diet will improve your symtoms. Also stress can make it flair up and be worse.
