Hi,

I have had toothache in my right lower jaw, I have just been to my dentist. after poking about he couldn't find anything wrong. He x-rayed my top right wisdom tooth. He said I would need to have it out as I have a cavity - as an afterthought he said he could perhaps see if he could remove some of the decay and fill it, but it may not work and I would possible have to have it extracted. My dentist wasn't very informative he didn't say what was the best action and why I haven't had any pain in the wisdom tooth only my lower jaw. I'm left wondering if I have the tooth removed if this will solve the problem or make matters a lot worse

Thanks!
