I have been dealing with this on and off for a year. Can someone please give me the best therapy to go. I've tried all the meds. The creams give me yeast infection, so I would prefer not to go there. The med that you can't drink with seems to work, but if its keeps coming back -- should I go longer on it? Plus I can't stand not being able to drink!! My husband's never been treated, so I've VERY OPEN and so is he to that. Please help me. I want this to end this time for good!!!!

Treatment for bacteral vaginosis is metronidazole.
It wouldn't help if you have an STD such as gonorrhhea or chlamidia.
