I do not think that this is a yeast infection and if you have shaved before and had no problems, then it is probably not related to this.

If you have also been itching, then I would really think about going and getting checked out and tested for STD's. Chlamydia could be a strong possibility here and sometimes this is one of those nasty things that you don't even know that you have.

Use a condom though. As you said yourself, unprotected sex is not a good idea.

I agree that you should get checked out for an STD, but the "small little pimples" that you are describing sound very much like blebs which are characteristic of a yeast infection. Especially if you have shaved recently, the area of skin is somewhat more susceptible to infection just because it is a little unprotected from having gone under the razor.

In any case, you have to go to a doctor anyway to get it checked out, so there (s)he will tell you what (s)he thinks it is. As long as neither of you have been sleeping around (which I doubt, considering you've been together for 2 years..but only you two can be the judge of that) the chances of it being chlamydia (which almost never presents as an ******d rash) or gonorrhea (which usually presents as a purulent dischage from the tip of the penis) are very very low.

..and another thing....unprotected sex is not necessarily bad. I mean, it is if you're having sex with someone you don't know that well. But if you've been together with a girl for a long time, you both have been tested, and she is on the birth control pill, I don't see anything wrong with it. In fact, most doctors will say there is nothing wrong with it, as long as you have taken the responsible steps beforehand.
