I was diagnosed with EBV last year and to this day i have swollen nodes in my neck , jawline and underarms. I have also experienced tingling hands and feet. Has anyone experienced such symptoms?

EBV is nasty and yes, it is still possible for your lymph nodes to be swollen from this even after a whole year.
Tingling in the hands and feet is known as tetany and normally means that you calcium levels could be low. I would suggest that you take a supplement and see if this stops. If this is accompanied by cramping, then your sodium levels could also be low. Try eating a little more salt.
Good luck
