Its been 4 months now that I'm having a low grade fever around 99.2 and swollen nodes, especially in the groin area, slightly increased white blood cells, bone pain. I've been tested for EBV, CMV, TBC and many other tests(MRI scan, abdominal ultrasound) and everything came back normal. Also saw a hematologist, who told me that it should be a viral infection. I want to mention that I have a chronic otitis external, but the ENT dr told me that everything is ok. I was prescribed antibiotics too, but didn't help. Above all these I have also some other weird feelings like: constant brain fog and dizziness, numbness in my face, tinitus, pressure in my head. Every day became a nightmare. Please help.

Where are you from angel30? My guess is the states by the way that the doctors have treated you. Have you been investigated for signs of leukemia or some other bone marrow problem? Have you had any bone marrow biopsies taken from either your sternum or your hip?

No, I'm from eastern Europe. Yes I saw a hematologist but didn't have any biopsies until now, only some blood tests (they told me that is nothing serious, just some infection). The next step will be a lymph node biopsy. I'm really tired, I saw lots of dr. and they keep giving me antidepressants and telling me to ignore the fever. Guess that the easiest way is telling you that you are nuts.
