Recently I had a yeast infection that went away with otc treatment. Then yesterday I noticed spots on throat. Went to doctor who said it was probably thrush and gave me treatment for it.(It's already gone) He wanted me tested for HIV. (I may be at slight risk, sadly)
Is it normal to have both yeast infection and thrush? Has anyone else had them simultaneously without being at risk for HIV? I have worn clothing that could have produced a yeast infection and know that is perfectly normal but why the thrush?? I really don't have any other HIV symptoms.But,
I am sooo scared right now. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

Did you try posying on the HIV forum. They could proboly answer your question. Sorry I coulnd'nt help.
