I was new to this board by the time you gals have gotten to this point. If you only knew how amazing all of you are! I am a hairdresser (counselor) http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif and if you knew what ordinary people cannot handle.I try to give support and love all day long and when the day is done I need somewhere to vent my own fears and frustrations. I look at what all of us have been through and it is wonderful to have each other. We are very strong ... even though it does not seem like it at times. Sometimes our pom-poms become too heavy to lift and it's tiring being our own cheeleaders. To have all of you ... maybe we give each other wings when our feet have trouble remembering how to fly. You're all angels!

Your right you are a councelor http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif What encouraging and inspiring words you just said.
With my personality type I take on all responsiblities - I also take the weight of all the stress so that others in my family don't have to feel it. This site is my venting grounds and I love it - I feel like I have made so many friends on here it is wonderful. It gives me an escape from everything and a way to find relief, encouraging words, people I can relate with, and of course, people who are willing to listen and respond to my worries, disappointments, anger, adn whatever I seem to be feeling that day.
Today is a new day and I am trying to have a positive outlook on what is going on in my life regardless of the fact that I may never have another child.
BAby Dust to all of you,
Amy

Did you girls do the injections to develop eggs and then get the HCG to release the egg? I had my HCG on Sunday. It usually takes two days to see the spike on my BBT chart. This is my first cycle after my laparoscopy and having my endo cauterized. My mucus and everything seems different(better).Dh and I covered our baseslate lastnight ... my left ovary (where my biggest follicle was) was tender during and after. This am there was no spike but there was blood in the mucus. I do realize everyone is different but I just wondered what other ovulation symptoms were?
I know I am dying to see a spike! I have a folli in each ovary. Have a terrific day .... http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

Hello again girls. I have been getting the injections but we only did the IUI last summer. My doctor feels that we don't need the IUI ... mostly the injections for the development of the follicles.
I wondered if any of you get any spotting with or after ovulation? Nice chatting girls. Wishing you the best!

Also, I am 33 and have been ttc since I was 29. We have been doing the clomid and then the injections for two years now. I got pregnant after my 2nd month of clomid (also had a D&C just before because of irregular cylcles)and miscarried at seven weeks. That was two years ago Dec. and haven't been preg. since. I have been taking injections since last spring on and off. Need that break sometimes!!! Had a laparascopy three weeks ago and have endo on the outside of my uterus. My doctor removed it and I am in the the two week waiting period. We're cautiously hopeful. Mostly, I am grateful to have an answer to my irregular bleeding for the last ten years and the horrible cramps that previous doctors thought nothing of!

It is so great to find a good doctor that can give us the answers that we need. I have to admit, I think more highly of the specialized nurses in their offices than the docs themselves. The only time I have seen the actual doc is when he did my exploratory surgery in Oct. All other visits, u/s, consulations have been with specialized nurses. I don't think they get enough credit b/c they don't have MD after their name, but I think they are the BEST.
I am still praying for a baby, but I am not taking any meds to assist so it would be a true miracle.
I did 8 rounds of just clomid then 1 with clomid/fertinex/hcg (no luck on any of those cycles even getting good follies) and then my last round was clomid/perganol injection/hcg/IUI - I had great follies but still no pregnancy.
I have decided to take life 1 day at a time and if it is God's will to bless me with another child, he will do so, if not, I have 2 children (1 natural, 1 step) that are healthy and beautiful and I am so greatful to him for that.
Lot's of BABY DUST to al of you.

HELLO ALL!! I just FINALLY got a chance to catch up on my reading. Life has been hectic at my house this week!
Thanks for all the kind words. I just love reading this board because the gals are always so understanding and sympathetic to my situation.
I haven't done injectables, but I did do Clomid and HCG trigger last month. As I may have mentioned, I wasn't willing to do another month of fertility treatments. I also suffer from ENDO and went on LUPRON for 5 months before TTC. I had tremendous weight gain during those months and after finally getting pg (m/c at 15wks), I gained even more weight.
I am now heavier than I have ever been and believe that it is possible that I'm not getting pg right now because it wouldn't be healthy for me. I intend to work on my weightloss over the next 6 months and concentrate on a baby after that. I feel it's the best alternative for myself. Besides, my body is begging for a rest from all the hoopla!!!
Sending all my Baby Dust to you all!! JODIE http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/heart.gif
