Any one know anything about the Delaware Institute of Reproductive Medicine ...Specifically Dr. Jeffery Russell? Any surgeries done by him, outcomes??

All I've heard about is Dr. Berger in North Carolina and I hear he is the best. It is the Infertility Institute of North Carolina. He guarantees you get pregnant or half of your money back. Also, he gets people from all around the world who comes to him. Plus they get discounted hotel rooms if you tell the receptionist at the Days Inn or Holiday Inn that you are a patient of Dr. Berger. It's like $40 a night. That's a steal. I suggest you try Dr. Berger. I forgot his website but you can do a search for either Dr. Berger and it can turn up or you can do a search for Falloposcopy and he will come up as the only one certified to do this procedure.
