This morning I woke up and my arms, from the elbow to hands, ached. I have had in the past my arms, from the pinky to the elbow, ache / burn and feel almost cold. Today I thought that some asprin would help. Just sitting here they ache but when I try to use my arms it hurts. Is this carpal tunnel? If so what can I do to use my arms?

Could be cts. When I use my hands too much I get the same feeling. Try sleeping with splints. You'll hate them, but might feel better in the morning.
