during the year often in the fall and winter i have been having mucus build up in my throat its annoying i can swallow because i have so much of it and wen i tried clearing it sometime blue mucus comes out and i dont know why and no one seems to have the answers. please help me why i have this mucus build up and why i have blue mucus coming out??
