...but I've been having problems lately with a gassy tummy which hurts if I don't (or can't) burp. I'm 5'7 and 107lbs and my tummy gets so bloated with gas it looks ridiculous and is very painful. I don't eat much because of it, everything I eat or drink makes me burp. It's embarrassing as sometimes I really can't help burping, even in public. I'm too embarrassed to go to my Doctor but I was wondering if there is any meds I can buy to help calm it down?
I even wake up with a bloated tummy after eating nothing so I know it's not food related. I feel better after I've burped but it doesn't last long and I have to burp again. If it gets trapped and I can't burp it up my tummy is agony.
Anyone else experienced this? I don't get reflux but I have been so bloated than I've burped so much I've been sick. It's horrible and really getting me down.
Any help much appreciated.

It sounds to me like its time to go to the doctor. Your weight is pretty low considering your height and if your at the point where your burping is making you sick as in vomitting, you should really get it looked at.
