Hi
Can Anyone Help Me Ive Been Going Through The Menapauce For About 5 Years. But For The Last Six Month Ive Had No Bleeding.
I Have Gone Though And Finish. I Still Have Hot Flushes .and The Sweats. At Night And Also In The Day. But Not As Bad As I Did Have
At The Start. Im Also Trying To Loose The Waight I Put On And I Think Im Doing A Good Job. But I Dont Know How Long This Take To Finnish The Menapluse Can You Help Me

Welcome to the Menopause board. Sure wish I had a easy answer for you, but each woman is different. Some woman go through menopause and hardly even no it where others have the hot flashes and night sweats for many years. Exercise, eating well, and vitamins all help alot though. :)
