Anytime I have taken a multi-vitamin in the past, my urine has turnd bright yellow. I know that is normal because your body only takes what it needs and then gets rid of it. But in the ast few months I have started taking Woman's-One-A-Day, a folic acid supplement, a b12 supplement, and an Iron supplement every day. And my urine is near clear with a still yellow tint! Does this mean that my body really needs EVERY bit of those vitamins I am taking? I started taking them because I was having every symptom of Anemia and wanted to correct it 9I don't have health insurance, so seeing a doctor is out). Anyway, if my body is sucking up everything then should I take more?
