OK, you read all the time that it is not uncommon to spot when you are pg, but then when it happens... I am giving up some brown discharge, and it seems to be getting more and more frequent. And, it may be in my head, but I just don't feel like my uterus is growing anymore. I will know tomorrow from my next HCG test if everything is OK, but I am going nuts today. My RE just sent me home and told me to put my feet up. There really is nothing she can tell me right now until the test tomorrow. I can't stop worrying. Anybody have any thoughts - please!!!!!

I know it´s hard...but try not to worry about it. It is common to spot when you´re pg.

when I m/c for the first time, I had brown spotting and after doc checked that my HCG levels were not doubling, I had to take cytotec to get rif of any pg tissues... http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/frown.gif on my second m/c I had some brown spotting one day, and the next day I got my period...one thing that I noticed was that on this second day, my bbs were not sore anymore and my nipples were not hard anymore.. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/frown.gif

JodyC, Try not to get dicouraged about this and think positively. It's probably nothing serious. I know how worried you must be though, I have been ttc since I was 18 yrs old and I will soon be 30. All my life even as a child I would tell my mom that when I grew up I was going to have 10 babies and she would laugh and tell me that I would change my mind when I got older. In the first grade the teacher had us write what we wanted to be when we grew up and I wrote that all I wanted was to be a mommy. And then when I got married at 17 and a year later decided to have a baby and couldn't get pregnant I was devistated. I felt like my whole life had ended. I went to DR's that told me I was to young to do anything to just wait and so I waited 2uears with no results. My ex was so cruel and told me that I wasn't a woman because I couldn't get pregnant and he would always say hurtful things to me. I went through a really bad time battling depression until I found a very good friend who helped me through the tough times. Then one day I realized, after 8 years, that I was to young to be treated this way and I left and got a divorce. But a year later met and married a wonderful understanding man that treats me with great respect and understands what I am going through.

I know I will be worried over every little thing if I ever do get pregnant. But keep your hopes up and if you need a buddy I am here.

Try to stay positive. Easier said than done huh? I also had brown spotting with my m/c, but some women I have heard spot through their whole pregnancy. My advice would be to lay on the couch and relax and have DH give you a foot rub http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

My friend is preg. with twins and started spotting early on so the Dr. had her rest for a week. She is doing fine and due Oct. 1. Keep the faith. Maybe those babies of yours are fighting for space!!

JODY...Hang in there!!! Think positive..I have a friend, jus Monday night, 5 months prego, sexin with DH and she started gushing blood...Went to ER..could not find anything wrong what so ever! Told her no more sexin jus oral LOL..I said, sucks being you! LMAO...Hope all goes well tomorrow and you're in my prayers! I didn't m/c but when pg with daughter at 8 weeks I had brown d/c. They told me it was my body adjusting to not having a period (so it just had a little brown d/c and scared the living life outta me!) As long as HCG going up you are fine. Plus, you'll soon go in for the heartbeat sono. Yippee. Relax if you can.
