when I get too stressed out with all this infertility thing, I like to take Yoga and body-rolling (self-massage) classes, take a pleasant bike ride with DH, read a book, chat with my TTC buddies on the Internet, and sing on my kareoke machine.. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/dance.gif
What about you? http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

Hi Minouche,
Believe it or not, cleaning my house relaxes me! sounds weird but I love doing it. Also, I workout a lot and have been going to the library and getting cookbooks to try out new recipes. BTW, I saw on another post that you speak portuguese. My ex-DH (definitely not dear) was 1/2 portuguese so that makes my DD part Portuguese. She is so proud of that and is always on the internet looking up things about her heritage. Still trying to locate my coconut water!

tmerone,
Does your DD speak/understands portuguese? I think Portuguese is such a beautiful language.. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
I totally understand your DD...My grandpa was Chinese (my mainden name is Chung), and I am always interested in anything related to China...my dream trip is going to China and visiting the Great Wall of China.. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
I´ve always loved learning about other languages and cultures (I started learning English when I was 8, French when I was 18, and Spanish at 25).. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif I just love it! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

Minouche,
No, unfortunately she does not speak or understand any portuguese. Both her grandparents were deceased before she was born. I have always wanted to learn another language and now since my second DH is Italian and his whole family speaks to each other in Italian, I was thinking of taking a night course. Another question- can you send up some of that nice florida weather? It has been rainy and cold here all week!!!! how depressing.

Before starting the horrible Lupron, I used to be good at relaxing! Now I'm permanently stressed and tired!
I also like going to the gym, though the Lupron makes me a bit breathless. If I'm really stressed out, my DH will make me dinner (he's a great cook) and give me a massage before we go to sleep. I'm taking a day off work today, cos I'm getting so stressed! So I'll chat to you girls, fix myself some nice lunch and watch a favourite DVD in the afternoon. This would normally be enough to chill me out, but nowadays I'm not so sure!
Hugs
