Recently, the skin under my eyes has started getting puffy, and a little wrinkled. One side kind of looks like i permanantly have bags under my eye from the color. Just wonder if this is just normal, because I am only 26 and this just happened over the summer months. Maybe this should be in the eye forum I have no idea
