hello everyone. i'm new here to the board, and not so new to infertility. i did have the wonderful experience of having a child 19 years ago, and she is wonderful. but i was a child then, so now i want to experience this as an adult. my husband and i would dearly love to have a baby, and i am only 36. my problem is that my tubes were closed, but had surgery on 4/2/03 to correct this problem. went in for post op exam today, and was told everything looks great. was given a ovulation test to watch all of that great stuff, so we are trying our best for as long as it takes. just wanted to let you know, that i would love to be a part of this site, but please excuse the fact that i have no idea what all of this things are that you are talking about, so i may ask some annoying questions from time to time.
Welcome to the group! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif I hope everything goes fine in your post-op... http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

Good Luck with you goal Beckie. I'll bounce another thread called "Abbr." back up to the top of this list. At least you know what we mean when we say "BFP" or "hcg".
Hoping you have a BFP soon.
Baby Dust to you,
Mindy

Welcome Becky,
I'm a bit of a newbie here too. The ladies here are so supportive I've become addicted and can't not check this website every time I sit down at my computer at home. Just observing this sight and knowing there are folks out there feeling the exact same way I do...well, it makes my pain easier to bear, if that makes sense. That and everyone is so full of hope, all the time, so many good wishes, I get all pumped up!
Hope we can pump you up with all kinds of hope!
Good luck this month!
