Hi all because of all the other problems I have this seems like nothing really but it still bothers me I'm not a DD thank God I couldn't imagine the pain from that. I'm 5ft2in normally 110lbs my breast size is a 36c I have this muscle that runs from the top of my right shoulder down around the shoulder blade and then hits my upper back, I'm tired of this pain I'm not sure what to do, these are the breasts I was born with, I also wonder if this might have something to do with my back pain. When I get my period they swell to almost a 36d which I can't stand luckily I haven't had a period lately because of all the meds I am taking for my other issues. My cousin was DD not sure in what size probably guessing a 40 or something in that area. Would they go down a size for me I'm only a 36c I mean really it isn't a big size. My cousin felt so much better after hers the only problem she had was her breast milk was all hard so she couldn't breast feed. I need some help...anyone else have this kind of upper back and lower back pain.

Have you tried lifting weights to strengthen your back muscles? I would think that if you got them strong enough, the weight of your breasts would cease to be an issue. But, I'm not even close to being an expert.

I've tried everything yoga, light weight lifting, sitting in hot tubs, now i am starting to swim lightly then will build up to a faster pace but it still doesn't seem to make much of a difference. I take muscle relaxers but they only work some of the time and make me so tired that I can't enjoy the pain free days. which are very rare at this point.
thanks for the suggestion though:D

Have you tried heavy weight lifting? Light weight lifting and yoga won't really make your muscles that much stronger. In order to get stronger you have to consistently add weight to the bar. I know alot of women are afraid of getting bulky, but unless your are dieting specifically to gain muscle it will not happen.
To build up your back I would recommend learning how to deadlift properly, and then just doing one set of deadlifts for 5 reps, once a week, adding weight each week. If your back still hurts when you can deadlift 200 pounds for 5 reps, with good form, then you'll know that weight lifting isn't going to help.
That might seem like a ridiculous amount of weight to you, but I trained my girlfriend to the point that she was deadlifting 260 pounds for 5 reps in less than a year, and she still maintained an attractive feminine figure. There is a girl, at the gym I go to, who can deadlift 325 or more pounds for a single rep, and she weighs something like 105 pounds, so she isn't bulky or big at all. She has a very nice figure in my opinion.
It would definitely take some hard work and commitment to get to a level of strength close to that, but it might really pay off for you.

I would, but these videos are probably even better:

Remember, you have to add weight to the bar to get stronger, and one set of fiver per week should do it. Squats are also really good, but a little more technical.
