Ive had psoriasis for the last 4 years and it has recently flared up again. I have just started a diet and no longer eat bread, since this has happened my psoriasis has begun to clear up. Could this be why it has cleared??

Psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder so anything that can effect your immune system can have some effect on your illness. Stress, infection, diet, sleep, exercise, hormones, etc.

Diet could play a role. But more than likely it just went into remission. Psoriasis reacts more to stress than diet. Beta Glucan is showing a lot of promise.
