My 47 year old smoker husband has not slept in 2 nights because of this pain. He says it's like his shoulder dislocated and his shoulder kind of looks that way. The goes down the whole arm. The nurse was here for my mom but took his blood pressure and on the good side its 116 over 85 the bad painful side is 165 over 117. The nurse said it could be heart related what can I do to get him to go to the hospital. He is at a level 11 of pain out of 10.
