Does anyone have suggestions how to control hot flashes and night sweats? I am 51 - no period for 9 months and then had a very light period last month. Have not had many hot flashes or night sweats for months but since last month the hot flashes and night sweats have been dreadful! Guess it is the hormones at work! Would appreciate any advice.

I take Estroven every night. For me it took away the hot flashes and night sweats. I had them in the day and through the night where I wasn't sleeping very good.
