I've had PVC's since my 20's. They first started when I was jogging.
Then, they got worst about 10 days before my periods or/and when I got overweight.
I don't have periods anymore (fixed ;) ) and lost 40 pounds (now at a perfect weight) but the pvc's have come back
they seem worst after jogging. I also know when they are around the corner, cuz I get headaches with them and a little bit of dizziness (altho, not sure if it is dizziness or not, it's very slight).
I had a lot of stress last week, so I didn't worry about them too much then but it's been a week. They should be (usually) gone by now. I also did some high intensity interval training on the treadmill, could that make the PVC's worst?

Consult your doctor. I don't know what you could have done to increase them, so it's best to make sure there isn't anything wrong. Some blood tests, such as getting your electrolytes checked would be a good start.
Find out what your blood pressure is doing during this. Both high and low episodes of blood pressure can give people headaches. By slight dizziness, maybe you mean lightheaded? That can happen easily when blood pressure falls.

the slight dizziness is like lightheadedness but not enough to call it that even.
They are going away now, funny thing, is when googling for headaches and pvc's together, I found a post I wrote last year this time! exact same symptoms and complains.
They went away and came back 1 year later. Interesting.
I will make an appointment to see the doctor.
