Hi and welcome to the forum.
Normal pulse rate ranges between 60 and 100 beats per minute. Mine has been as high as 98 but is now around the high 60's to low 70's.
I gave up the cigarettes years ago and I would encourage anyone who smokes to try and do the same. It took me three attempts, but I did it!
You can check your ideal weight for your age and height using a body index chart.
