Greetings everyone,

As a new member to this board I would appreciate all and any input!

Age 52, with sxs of hot flashes, extreme forgetfullness, word finding problems, (diagnoses of ADHD and sxs much worse)irritability, insomnia
Told by nurse practitioner my FSH level is 39...and have passed perimenapause, and am in menopausee. I still have menses monthly. Exercise regularly, healthy diet, under great stress as unemployed. Want any help possible to help me mentally get back to work.

Have started HRT : 50 mg Estordial and 100mg prometrium (not sure of spelling) for 10 days of month. She is stating no need to f/u with her, or for further labwork.

Question: 1) Is further labwork f/u suggested to give specific hormonal levels in getting correct dosing?
2) I don't know if its my imagination however i feel that after taking the progestine med I feel more anxious.
3) Does HRT help with memory, word finding?

THANK YOU in advance
Candice
