i have been using the meter over the past week and it seems my usual is around 380. Does anyone know what type of symptoms i should have at this # and is this a bad # to be at. Some days i feel good and others are horrible with dizziness, tiredness, trouble breathing but it still stays around the same 380.

Peek flow # are a very personal thing (not private ..just specifice to each person ) for example 380 would be grat from me but my husband usually blows a 700.... you have to factor in age , size , severity of you're asthma etc ..and loads of other things . Try to do it daily so you knwo what it is on a good day for yourself.....and then you'll be able to figure out what you're red and yerallow zones are .... for me if I drop below 200 I get my butt to the emergency .but others are higher(and there may be others that are lower)..good luck.
