Does anyone here do juicing? If so how does it make you feel compared to before you started? What do you juice? Does it help anxiety?
I don't get all my fruits and vegies so I want to start juicing. Please help me by telling me how it helps you!! Many thanks

I just ordered a juicer off of T.V. I can't wait till it gets here. I really want to get started. I think it will be the best thing in the world to do.

I don't understand why you don't get all your fruits and vegies. Instead of juicing them, you should just eat them whole. Whole foods are good for your health. You're going to pay your hard earned money for a juicer and then pay for perfectly good vegetables and then you will "beat them up" and throw away the best part, the fiber.

The "sweet" juice will zip into your system with lightening speed so as to spike your blood sugar and your insulin. And absent the fiber, you won't get the same feeling of fullness that should signal you to stop.

This being the health and nutrition board, I can't go along with the concept of juicing because it calls for throwing away the fiber which is so essential to good health. In my opinion, you would be better off to eat just one carrot whole, than to drink the juice of six. The same goes for apples or anything else.

Well if I would like fruits and veggies why would I juice them. I want to juice because I don't like them and I have been juicing and have never felt better so yes there is a big difference.

Well I think the juicer is a great idea! I will still eat fruits and veggies whole. LOL why wouldn't I? This is just a little extra wonderful thing for me and my family. Why wouldn't I want to make them fresh juice right from the actual fruit and veggies vs store bought juice that sits on the shelves loaded with preservatives?!! So YEA!! for the JUICER!! It has my vote all the way. It will only make us healthier! And I don't mind spending the money for better health and preventative medicine.:D
