I've had these really bad stomach cramps for the past 2 days. I had the Mirena IUD inserted in April and since then I've always had a little abdominal cramping. Now my cramping is up higher...it almost feels like the stomach flu, but I haven't actually thrown up. I thought with the flu it's just for 1 day and then you're better. I haven't had the fever or chills which leads me to believe it's something else...any sugestions on what's causing the cramps? Thanks:)
